If you are aged over 19, have completed a qualification in Hospitality Management or have approximately one years experience in a reputable property, we want to hear from you.

Ten successful candidates will complete a 25 month training program covering all the core skills of kitchen, restaurant, sales and marketing, housekeeping / maintenance / HR, reception and reservation areas working in some of the best properties in the UK.

During the initial training period there will also be five training days covering key elements such as People Management, Employee Relations, Learning Styles and Food Hygiene.
