The Ten out of Ten hospitality management training programme is structured to provide young hospitality talent both the craft skills and understanding of management practices necessary to work in a professional hotel. We offer three different programs: Ten out of Ten Country, Ten out of Ten City, and Ten out of Ten Chefs. For more information about a specific programme, click on its name.

  • 25-months total
  • 5 highly-esteemed properties
  • 5 months at each property before rotating to the next
  • One hospitality sector skill-set per property
  • Skill sets are evaluated on a graduation tier-based system
