We aim to have 40 candidates attend the day which commences at 9am. In the room will be the General managers and/or the Human Resources Managers and two facilitators. There will be a series of fun and serious exercises which will be both group and individual. Each of the Managers in the room will be assessing you throughout the process. There will be lots of opportunities to meet the people behind the program to ask questions and to learn a great deal more about each other. There will then be a one to one interview for every candidate and the day will conclude around 4pm.
At the end of the Assessment Day we review all the notes and scores from each candidate and select our top ten.
This is paid for by you but we seek to keep these costs as low as is possible.
Being independent will enable you to to get to know your hotel and staff better.
This will be the General Manager at your first hotel and that person will remain with you for the 25 months.
